Year 13 Risk assessment for trailer
Year 13 Risk Assessment for our Movie Trailer.
Before we had started filming we had to make sure that we had done our risk assessment and include all of the possible risks and how we could avoid these issues from occurring. This is so that no injuries will occur and that the people in our group and outside of the group could perform the shots that we were filming safely and not be injured and also to avoid our group from getting in any trouble with people outside of our group. This is why we have this risk assessment so that if we are filming and we are raising concern from what we are doing we can provide them with are risk assessment so that they are not alarmed or concerned from what we are doing.
We had to make these assessments due to the fact that everything we did would carry a risk. Such as when Jon had to make it look like he was hitting Joe on the head with a mallet. As if this had happened it could have led to a head injury or concussion for example.
There were other risks such as pulling or straining muscles. Due to the scenes where /joe had to be dragged this applies for both the person pulling Joe and Joe due to the fact it could be painful being dragged by a body part and the strain for the person pulling them could be too much.
While we were doing these shots we had to be extra pre-cautious to avoid these situations as they could have ended up being fairly problematic as it could have interfered with our future shots as the people taking part could have been too injured to take part in the shots due to this.
Luckily due to how we were acting we were careful and we managed to avoid these situations meaning that no one was hurt and it did not interfere with any of our shots being we were able to successfully film with no interruption, distractions or anything to hold us back meaning we were able to get on with this.
